Project N023, located in one of Tehran’s most prestigious neighborhoods, Mahmoudiyeh Zafaraniyeh, stands as an example of modern and creative interior design. The project was designed by the renowned architect Mr. Firouz Firouz and the SEFFI Architecture Group. It was planned and executed with the aim of creating a unique, tranquil, yet luxurious living space for a modern family.

One of the project’s outstanding features is the meticulous attention to materials and their interaction with both natural and artificial light. For the flooring and certain wall sections, Topaz stone was used, providing high-quality, modern aesthetics that convey a sense of solidity and elegance. Other walls and specific areas were covered with Elegant Black stone from the Avandad collection, creating a strong contrast with lighter colors in the space and enhancing the luxurious feel of the environment.

Design Story

The choice of materials is fundamental to the overall design concept. The integration of Topaz stone flooring, Elegant Black wall cladding, and wooden elements brings together a balanced contrast of texture and color. Soft furnishings, including rugs and upholstered furniture, complement the hard surfaces with warmth and comfort. Attention to finishes, such as polished surfaces on cabinets and matte textures on walls, ensures visual variety without overwhelming the senses.

Architecture Characteristics

The kitchen, designed by Bocaveli and executed under Mr. Boushehri’s supervision, exemplifies both practicality and style. Custom cabinetry provides ample storage and facilitates workflow. High-quality finishes and hardware ensure durability and refinement. Countertops, backsplashes, and integrated appliances were selected to harmonize with the overall palette while meeting the functional needs of a modern household. Special attention was given to ergonomics, ensuring that cooking and preparation areas are both efficient and visually appealing.

Lighting design plays a crucial role in enhancing the aesthetics and functionality of Project N023. The combination of natural and artificial light creates dynamic visual effects throughout the day. Recessed ceiling lights, wall sconces, and custom-designed fixtures have been carefully placed to emphasize textures and materials, such as stone and wood, and to highlight key architectural elements. Indirect lighting subtly enhances depth and creates a warm, inviting atmosphere during the evening.
